Warehouses and film studios, we focus on the following:

At post construction sites, we focus on the following:
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
- Ceiling fixtures are hand dusted and wiped
- Paint spots are removed from floors and any equipment
- Windows and window sills are wiped clean
- All doors and frames are wiped and washed
- Baseboards are wiped down by hand
- Any appliances are wiped down
- Other things that may require attention are also cleaned
- Turn in key ready
Strip wax and polish includes:
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
- Zamboni clean (if required)
- Strip any old wax of the floor
- Apply new wax or polish to the floors
- Buffer out the floor for an ultimate shine
When doing a carpet cleaning we bring our state of the art carpet cleaning machine
- Our carpet cleaning machine will take stains, dirt and allergens
- Pre-soak carpet to loosen dirt and stains
- Carefully vacuum each rug using a steam vacuum.
- Steam vacuum cycle cleans water through the vacuum to remove the loosened dirt and rinse the soap off the carpet
- Spend extra attention on heavy traffic or stained area of the carpet
- The carpet cleaner will also clean any:
- Area rugs
- House carpet
- Upholstery
- Chairs
- Mattresses
- Stairway carpet
When doing any commercial cleaning and any film sets, our job includes:
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors
- Cleaning all appliances
- Wiping down and dusting all furniture and equipment
- Washing baseboards by hand
- Cleaning the kitchen
- Cleaning the restrooms
- Washing all windows and doors
- Polishing or waxing the floor (if required)
